Anthony Ostlund is pleased to announce that our former summer associate and school-year law clerk, Chloe L. Johansen, is joining the firm as an associate practicing in the areas of complex commercial litigation, employment, fraud and fiduciary duty, and ownership/shareholder disputes.

Chloe graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School this year where she served as the Note & Comment Editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law and as a Student Director of the Detainee Rights Clinic. Prior to law school, Chloe worked as a legal assistant for a boutique firm in Minnesota, assisting attorneys in a broad variety of practices including estate planning, general business disputes, and immigration issues.
