At Anthony Ostlund in Minneapolis, we know that no two cases are identical. Every case and every client is different. Sometimes alternative fee arrangements are appropriate. We analyze each case for each client with an eye toward the appropriate fee and payment schedule. Most of our cases are billed on an hourly basis. When warranted, however, we handle cases for our clients on a contingent fee or modified contingent fee arrangement or on a project-based billing basis.
