Anthony Ostlund, a leading Minneapolis litigation boutique law firm, is pleased to announce that Steven Kerbaugh has become a shareholder of the firm.
Mr. Kerbaugh received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, where he majored in Political Science and French.
Mr. Kerbaugh’s practice is devoted entirely to commercial and employment litigation. He regularly represents clients in non-compete, fiduciary duty, shareholder, contract and business tort matters in federal and state courts.
