Kristin Rowell was one of three panelists at this month’s Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) Program – The Condominium Comeback: The Intersection of Development, the Market and the Law.
Kristin presented with Jim Stanton of Shamrock Development and Joe Grunnet of Downtown Resource Group. The panel discussed the market demand for condominiums, the shortage of available listings, current development projects, the status of the Minnesota condominium laws that have traditionally deterred developers and contractors, and movements at the legislative level to change the laws to make condominium development more attractive to developers and contractors. The panel was featured in the August 18, 2016 issue of Finance & Commerce.
