A last minute agreement has been reached to avoid the termination of the Viking’s use of the Plaza.
The dispute between the land owner, Anthony Ostlund client Minneapolis Venture, and the Minnesota Sports Facility Authority (MSFA) went to a hearing in Hennepin County District Court on Monday and was scheduled for another hearing this morning. Before that second hearing could take place, a settlement agreement was reached. The terms of the settlement are confidential, but Minneapolis Venture is pleased with the outcome and the MSFA and Vikings are pleased to be able to continue using the Plaza.
