Today, Minneapolis Venture served the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority (MSFA) with a formal notice of default of the Use Agreement.
Last week MSFA made a Court filing claiming rights under the Use Agreement. However, the default notice identifies numerous breaches of the Agreement by the MSFA.
