The panel on “The Realized Effects of the New Discovery Rules & How Strategy and Practice Are Changing” will discuss the changes to the federal discovery rules and how the federal courts over the past year have interpreted the discovery changes and how the Minnesota state courts have interpreted the proportionality requirement as it applies to discovery, and much more.
