Please join us at the fourth annual Benefit for Innocence Gala that will take place on Thursday, November 10th from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. at The Depot in Minneapolis. The keynote speaker at this year’s event is Attorney Marty Stroud. Mr. Stroud led the capital prosecution of Glenn Ford. Ford spent approximately 30 years in prison for a crime he did not commit and later was exonerated. Stroud publicly apologized for his role in Mr. Ford’s wrongful conviction.
The Innocence Project of Minnesota is dedicated to freeing those who have been wrongfully convicted of crimes they did not commit, and to preventing such wrongful convictions from occurring in the first place through policy and advocacy work.
