The Minnesota Supreme Court recently issued a landmark decision for attorney-client privilege in Minnesota—In Re Polaris, Inc. v. Thompson. Will Paterson of Anthony Ostlund Louwagie Dressen & Boylan P.A. will address the Court’s decision, including the predominant purpose test, as well as the impact this decision will have on attorneys and clients moving forward.
