Brooke Anthony quoted in Attorney At Law Magazine’s 2015 The Next Generation Issue
“MMAA is attempting to carve a space for the current generation of women attorneys to achieve and excel as both attorneys and mothers so that our community can be accepting and affirming to all.” – Laura Provinzino, Assistant United States Attorney and founding board member of MMAA.
The Minnesota Mother Attorneys Association was featured recently in The Next Generation Issue of Attorney At Law Magazine. The article, which quotes Anthony Ostlund attorney and MMAA founding board member Brooke Anthony, explains the organization’s mission, the secrets of its success, and why the organization thinks it can be an invaluable part of the Twin Cities legal community.
“Being a mom in private practice can be extremely isolating,” noted Anthony in the article, explaining the importance of the MMAA’s kid-friendly networking events. “Mother attorneys often feel they need to sacrifice professional relationships to be with their kids and vice versa. MMAA gives us the opportunity to do both.”
