After waiting more than a year for the Minnesota Sports Facility Authority (MFSA) to make a decision, Anthony Ostlund’s client commenced a lawsuit seeking an order that the MSFA has no rights in their downtown parking ramp.
The MFSA has been publicly planning a new Vikings stadium for the better part of a year. The MFSA needs Anthony Ostlund’s client’s property in order to develop the stadium, yet the MFSA consistently refused to come to the table to negotiate in good faith. Anthony Ostlund’s client sued, arguing that the MFSA has no rights or interest in the Downtown East Parking Ramp Property owned by Minneapolis Venture.
