Rich Ostlund recently presented recommendations of the Fairview/University of Minnesota Health Governance Task Force, which throughout 2015 has studied the corporate management/control of the $3.6 billion annual revenue of the Fairview/University of Minnesota Health System in Minnesota.
Mr. Ostlund serves as a Trustee of the University of Minnesota Foundation and as a Director on the Fairview Health System Board, as nominated by the Regents of the University of Minnesota. Mr. Ostlund also serves as Chair of the Fairview/University of Minnesota Health Governance Task Force. The work of the Governance Task Force led to principles of alignment and business integration that were recently adopted by the Board of Directors of Fairview Health System and the Regents of the University of Minnesota.
