He has also directed intellectual property disputes and Foreign Corrupt Practice engagements involving business operations in China, France and Germany. In 2011, Mr. Ostlund and the firm were hired to replace one of the largest law firms in the world to defend ongoing federal court medical equipment antitrust litigation in Texas. Anthony Ostlund replaced the client’s previous trial team of 16 lawyers, plus another 8 based in India, with a team of 6 Anthony Ostlund professionals who successfully obtained a dismissal of the case, and in the process saved the client millions in defense costs.
