Will was recognized as an “Up & Coming Attorney” by Minnesota Lawyer in 2025 and named to the “Minnesota Rising Stars” list by Super Lawyers in both 2024 and 2025. He has first chair trial experience representing individuals and businesses in complex commercial disputes, with experience spanning shareholder conflicts, breach‑of‑contract litigation, employment matters, restrictive covenant enforcement, intellectual property disputes, and claims involving fiduciary duties.
Beyond his litigation practice, Will is an active representative of Anthony Ostlund in the broader community. He leads the firm’s on‑campus law school recruitment efforts, focusing on identifying, attracting, and retaining top‑tier talent. He is also a dedicated mentor to junior associates and interns, consistently making himself available to provide thoughtful guidance. Will graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. He earned his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas and is a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations.
