Rich Ostlund and Dan Hall, co-authors of “Fiduciary Duty” expertise featured in the ABA’s just released Fourth Edition of “Business and Commercial Litigation in the Federal Courts,” will be leading the session on Business Litigation Fiduciary Duty Disputes.
This presentation is scheduled on May 1 (first day of this two-day seminar) at 11:00am. Ostlund will present on the key lessons learned from decades in the trenches advising and representing business lawyers and their clients.
