Rich Ostlund and Dan Hall, co-authors of “Fiduciary Duty” expertise featured in the ABA’s just released Fourth Edition of “Business and Commercial Litigation in the Federal Courts,” will be leading the session on Business Litigation Fiduciary Duty Disputes.
