AO Shareholder and CEO, Janel Dressen, is co-chair and moderator of Minnesota CLE’s full-day seminar, Ownership Disputes in Closely-Held Businesses: Preventing, Managing, and Resolving. In addition, AO attorney William Paterson and Janel are co-presenting the opening presentation.
The in-person CLE, on March 6, 2023, features seven sessions that delve deeper into issues, pitfalls to avoid and strategies related to ownership disputes in closely-held businesses.
In their presentation, Do Not Be the Last to Know: Key Developments in Ownership Disputes During the Pandemic, Janel and Will will provide an update on new cases and key developments in ownership cases decided during the pandemic.
Later in the day, Janel will moderate the panel discussion, Judicial Solutions to Business Owner Conflicts, featuring Judge Laurie J. Miller, Judge Thomas A Gilligan, Jr. and Judge Martin S. Fallon.
