The litigation boutique of Anthony Ostlund Baer and Louwagie, P.A., announced today that Arthur G. Boylan has joined the firm as a shareholder.
Boylan’s practice includes the representation of public companies, privately held businesses, and individuals in complex business cases and other commercial litigation. Additionally, Boylan has extensive experience in a number of different industries, both pursuing and defending against employment claims, shareholder disputes, breach of contract actions and other business torts.
Boylan joins Anthony Ostlund from the law firm of Stinson Leonard Street. During his career, he has tried cases and arbitrations to conclusion.
