A successful trial in Dakota County District Court results in dismissal of a mechanic’s lien claim.
The plaintiff had asserted a mechanic’s lien claim against Anthony Ostlund’s client in an attempt to recover money that had been invested with a third party. Following a bench trial, the court found that the plaintiff was not entitled to a lien in any amount and dismissed plaintiff’s claim with prejudice. Anthony Ostlund’s client was relieved of all liability.
