Minneapolis lawyer, Randy Gullickson, has been selected to serve as a member of the Valuation Credentialing Board of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
The NACVA has trained over 35,000 certified public accountants and other valuation and consulting professionals in the fields of business valuation, financial forensics, and related specialty services to the legal and business communities. The Valuation Credentialing Board on which Randy will serve has direct decision-making responsibility over criteria by which business valuation professionals become certified as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Randy will serve as a voting public member of the Valuation Credentialing Board for a term through May 31, 2019. He was recruited by NACVA as a result of his extensive work in the area of shareholder litigation and business valuation disputes, and the related work he does with business valuation professionals.
