Randy Gullickson will be presenting at the 2020 Probate & Trust Law Section Conference.
Randy, along with two local lawyers experienced in the areas of trust law and estate planning, will be speaking on Litigation and Planning for Family Businesses. Randy’s presentation will focus on ownership litigation and disputes within closely-held family businesses, and Randy will also participate in a panel discussion regarding considerations for estate planning and business lawyers in advising clients regarding business succession and dispute avoidance.
