- Successfully resolved case for owners of property next to Minnesota Vikings football stadium by obtaining a more than $17,000,000 payment for them on a piece of property with a tax-value of less than $5,000,000.
- Recovered over $73 million in an arbitration proceeding in California over development fraud in connection with the construction of a large residential development complex in San Francisco, California.
- Prevailed on slander of title claim for developer of luxury condominium development in downtown Minneapolis after defendant filed a $1,300,000 mechanic’s lien on developer’s property; summary judgment determination in favor of Anthony Ostlund client upheld on appeal.
- Obtained jury verdict for homeowner in lawsuit against the City of Minneapolis over proper responsibility for a nearly $100,000 retaining wall.
