Randy Gullickson will be one of the featured presenters at the 21st annual Minnesota State Chapter NACVA Business Valuation Conference on September 21, 2022. NACVA, the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, provides training, education, and certifications for CPAs and other business valuation professionals throughout the country and abroad. Randy has previously served a four-year term as a member of the Valuation Credentialing Board of NACVA.
In his presentation to the Minnesota Chapter, Randy will focus on business valuation issues in shareholder disputes and the litigation of business valuation issues in the Koch litigation in which Randy and an Anthony Ostlund trial team obtained a $58.5 million buy-out award for our client.
