An HCBA Signature Program, Hosted by the Civil Litigation Section.
In an effort to improve ties between the bench and bar and to deliver better, more efficient results for litigants, the Civil Bench of Hennepin County and the Civil Litigation Section are hosting a roundtable style CLE and social on March 28, 2024. Anthony Ostlund Shareholder and CEO, Janel Dressen, will share insights and feedback as a member of the bar panel representing many of the Twin Cities leading firms providing litigation and trial counsel.
The Bench is particularly interested in hearing from civil practitioners on the topic of Zoom vs. In Person Appearances: what hearing types do you like remote or in person and why? Should chambers take the lead or would you prefer to contact chambers to request a particular option? Members of the bar will also be leading a conversation on fostering settlements and mediation scheduling.
