Anthony Ostlund is pleased to announce that Philip Kaplan and Shannon Awsumb have become shareholders of the firm.
Kaplan litigates a broad range of business-related cases, with an emphasis on real estate and shareholder disputes. Additionally, Kaplan has experience at every stage of the litigation process and has achieved favorable results for clients by keeping their individual goals in mind, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to litigation.
Awsumb’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation (including breach of contract claims, business torts, and ownership and governance matters) and insurance coverage disputes involving fidelity and professional liability claims. Awsumb also serves on the Editorial Board of the CBL Reporter and co-authored “An Electronic Discovery Primer” with the Minnesota E-Discovery Working Group for Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
Commenting on the announcement, partner Vincent Louwagie said, “We are pleased and honored to recognize Phil’s and Shannon’s contributions to our success and the value they add to the services we provide our clients. We are excited to have them working with us now as shareholders of our firm.”
