Janel Dressen, Peter McElligott and Will Paterson will present at Minnesota CLE’s presentation, The Minnesota LLC TOOLKIT, a Step-by-Step Guide to the Life Cycle of an LLC. The seminar will cover everything about LLCs from formation to dissolution. Pete and Will will discuss director and member rights, duties and responsibilities in an LLC and provide a number of hypotheticals to illustrate fiduciary duties. Janel will present on the rights of minority owners with a comparative study of rights under Minnesota and Delaware LLC law.
