This complex dispute began when the client was terminated and effectively forced out of the company by his business partners, and it involved California federal and state court lawsuits, as well as an arbitration proceeding before the JAMS alternative dispute resolution office in San Francisco.
On the eve of the start of a two-week arbitration trial, Anthony Ostlund successfully negotiated a multi-party settlement agreement resolving all pending litigation and disputes.
