Over the course of nearly twenty years, Sam Walling has represented individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 100 corporations, in complex commercial litigation matters across the country. His experiences include contract disputes, financial services litigation, fraud and fiduciary duty claims, patent litigation, and trade secret claims.
Sam Louwagie has over six years of experience representing individuals and businesses on the plaintiff and defense side in complex business and employment matters and brings a unique perspective to his practice. Before pursuing law, Sam honed his skills as a newspaper reporter. That experience taught Sam the power of storytelling, a skill he now employs to passionately advocate for our clients. Sam is dedicated to representing clients on a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination and retaliation claims and non-compete, non-solicitation, and trade secret disputes.
